Corn Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1- pint frozen corn
  • 3 eggs, beaten thick
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted
  • ½ tbsp. granulated sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to tastre
  • ¼ cup chives, thinly sliced, optional
  • ½ cup pancetta, sauted
  • ½-pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
  • Generously grease a 2-quart baking dish; pour all ingredients into this dish.
  • Place in the pre-heated oven and bake about 35 minutes until the edges are lightly browned and pulling away from the sides.
