Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- 1- pint frozen corn
- 3 eggs, beaten thick
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- ½ tbsp. granulated sugar
- Salt and pepper, to tastre
- ¼ cup chives, thinly sliced, optional
- ½ cup pancetta, sauted
- ½-pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
- Generously grease a 2-quart baking dish; pour all ingredients into this dish.
- Place in the pre-heated oven and bake about 35 minutes until the edges are lightly browned and pulling away from the sides.
