Rosemary Dijon Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 large center loin pork chops
  • 3 tbsp. whole grain Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add all of the marinade ingredients; mix well to combine.
  • Place the pork chops in a ziplock bag; add the marinade to the bag.
  • For the next 30 minutes, at room temperature (recommended to ensure the chops are not cold when they are placed on a hot grill which may cause the chops to dry out); turn the chops occasionally while in the marinade.
  • Start the grill and set to a medium heat; grill until fully cooked.
  • Grill on a medium high temperature until fully cooked.
  • Brush remaining marinade over the pork chops as they grill.
  • Continue to grill until the internal temperature of the pork chops reach 150°F to 160°F on a meat thermometer.
