Bob’s Crock Pot Pepper Steak

Ingredients
  

  • 2-pounds sirloin, cut into 1-inch slivers
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 large white onion, sliced cut into strips
  • 1-½ cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp. ginger paste
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • Green onions, green part only, to taste
  • Sesame seeds, to taste
  • White or whole grain rice, cooked, optional

Instructions
 

  • Place the sirloin strips in the bottom of a crock pot.
  • Add of the remaining igredients on top of the sirloin.
  • After all ingredients have been added, using a pair thongs, stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or until sirloin has been cooked to the desired temperature.
  • Serve with cooked white or whole grain rice, optional.
