Bob’s Crock Pot Pepper Steak
Ingredients
- 2-pounds sirloin, cut into 1-inch slivers
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 large white onion, sliced cut into strips
- 1-½ cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp. ginger paste
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- Green onions, green part only, to taste
- Sesame seeds, to taste
- White or whole grain rice, cooked, optional
Instructions
- Place the sirloin strips in the bottom of a crock pot.
- Add of the remaining igredients on top of the sirloin.
- After all ingredients have been added, using a pair thongs, stir until thoroughly combined.
- Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or until sirloin has been cooked to the desired temperature.
- Serve with cooked white or whole grain rice, optional.
