Bourbon-Glazed Ham

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 – 10-pounds fully cooked bone-in ham
  • ¾ cup bourbon, divided
  • 2 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tbsp. ground mustard
  • 1 tbsp. orange marmalade
  • 1/8 tsp. coriander
  • Whole cloves

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 325°F.
  • Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  • Score the surface of the ham, making diamond shapes ½-inch deep.
  • Place whole cloves along the lines of the diamond shapes.
  • Brush with 2 tbsp. bourbon.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 2 hours.
  • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard, marmalade, coriander and remaining bourbon; spoon over ham.
  • Bake 30 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 140°F.
  • Let stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
