Chili Lime Cumin Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts
- ¼ cup lime juice
- Zest of one lime, finely minced
- Pinch of salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. honey
- ½ tsp. ground cumin
- ½ tsp. chili flakes or chili powder, to taste
Instructions
- In a large Ziploc bag, mix together all of the marinade ingredients.
- Add the chicken breasts to the bag; seal and allow the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- Remove chicken from the refrigerator; grill, over medium-hot heat, until completely cooked.
