Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza made with Crescent Roll

Ingredients
  

  • 2 8-ounce cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup confectionesr' sugar
  • 1 tsp. whole milk
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange triangles on a pizza pan with points toward the center.
  • Overlap edges and press seams together to form the pizza crust.
  • Brush the crust generously with melted butter.
  • In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.
  • Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • While the pizza bakes, in a small bowl, whisk together confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla extract to create a smooth glaze.
  • Remove pizza from the oven and drizzle the glaze over the warm pizza.
  • Slice into pieces and serve warm for the best texture and flavor.
