Cream Cheese Corn Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 18-ounce bag frozen corn, thawed
  • ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350°F and grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • In a medium pot, over low heat, melt cream cheese and butter.
  • Stir in milk until mixture is smooth.
  • Add salt, pepper, corn and cayenne pepper.
  • Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and top with cheese.
  • Place in the pre-heated oven and bake until golden brown and bubbly; about 20 minutes.
