Add the chicken breasts to the crock pot.
Pour Italian dressing over the chicken; sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and pepper.
Spread the cream cheese over the top.
Place the lid on the crock pot; cook on high for 4 hours or low for 5 – 6 hours.
When the cooking time is almost done, start cooking the pasta on the stove top as directed on the package; drain well.
Remove the chicken from the crock pot and shred the chicken with 2 forks; return to crock pot.
Add the pasta to the chicken and sauce in the crock pot; stir well.
Remove to individual serving plates and sprinkle with the remaining parmesan cheese.
