Cuban Pasta de Jamon
Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup Miracle Whip
- 2 4.5-ounce cans deviled ham
- ¼ cup sweet pickle relish, drained
- ½ tsp. dried mustard
- ¼ cup pimientos, drained and finely chopped
- ½ cup olives, chopped, green or black, or both
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- Cracker, or choice or French banquettes, sliced and toasted
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and Miracle Whip until well blended.
- Add ham, relish, dried mustard and pimientos; mix well.
- Fold in olives.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Cover. refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
- Serve on crackers or French rounds.
