Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9-inch x 13-inch baking dish or one of similar size.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower rice, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well until evenly combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley prior to serving; optional.
