Fat-Burning Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1-pound lean ground beef
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 5 carrots, chopped
  • 2 16-ounce cans whole peeled tomatoes, with liquid
  • 1 large head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 15-ounce can cut green beans
  • 2 green bell peppers, diced
  • 10 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, minced, or to taste
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 2 quarts tomato juice
  • 1 14-ounce can beef broth

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, along with the onions, brown ground beef until well done.
  • Add carrots, tomatoes, cabbage, green beans, bell peppers, celery and garlic.
  • Add onion soup mix, tomato juice, beef broth, and enough water to cover the vegetables.
  • Simmer until the vegetables are tender.
