Frozen Piña Colada
This drink needs no introduction, and it’s a good reason to have coconut cream, pineapple and maraschino cherries in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces golden rum
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 4 ounces Coco Lopez cream of coconut
- 3 cups ice
Instructions
- Using an electric blender, blend ingredients until smooth and frosty.
- Pour into tall, chilled glasses and garnish with pineapple slices, maraschino cherries and paper umbrellas, if available.
