Garlic Parmesan Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 14 small red potatoes, cut in half or quarters
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Italion seasoning
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375ºF.
  • In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, seasonings and Parmesan.
  • Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on an aluminum foil lined 15-inch x 10-inch pan.
  • Place in the pre-heated oven and bake, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes.
