Raspberry Brie Tartlets

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages mini phyllo shells
  • 1 8-ounce package Brie cheese, cut up into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 package walnut chips

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F. 
  • Place mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.  
  • Place wedges of Brie in each shell.  
  • Bake 5 minutes or until cheese starts to melt.  
  • Remove from oven.
  • Place a dollop of raspberry jam and a sprinkling of walnut chips onto each brie bite.
