Raspberry Brie Tartlets
Ingredients
- 2 packages mini phyllo shells
- 1 8-ounce package Brie cheese, cut up into small pieces
- 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1 package walnut chips
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
- Place mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
- Place wedges of Brie in each shell.
- Bake 5 minutes or until cheese starts to melt.
- Remove from oven.
- Place a dollop of raspberry jam and a sprinkling of walnut chips onto each brie bite.
