Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, shredded cheddar cheese, biscuit baking mix, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper; mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 20 – 25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the sausage balls from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley or green onions before serving.
Serve the Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls warm as a delicious appetizer or party snack.
