Seafood Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1-pound imitation crab meat
  • 1 shallot, finely diced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup celery, finely diced
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. dried dill
  • ¼ tsp. Kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp. coarse ground black pepper
  • Romaine lettuce, optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients together; gently stir until well coated.
  • Refrigerate, in a covered container, for at aleast an hour before serving.
  • Salad will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • Serve on a leaf of romaine lettuce, if desired.
