Seafood Salad
Ingredients
- 1-pound imitation crab meat
- 1 shallot, finely diced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup celery, finely diced
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. dried dill
- ¼ tsp. Kosher salt
- ¼ tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- Romaine lettuce, optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients together; gently stir until well coated.
- Refrigerate, in a covered container, for at aleast an hour before serving.
- Salad will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Serve on a leaf of romaine lettuce, if desired.
