Simply Sesame Noodles
Ingredients
- 12-ounces thin noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp. pure sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp. hot chili oil
- 4 tbsp. canola oil
- 4 whole green onions, sliced thin
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients, except noodles and green onions; mix thoroughly.
- Taste and adjust ingredients, as needed.
- Pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with green onions and toss.
- Serve in a bowl with chopsticks.
