Simply Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 12-ounces thin noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. pure sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp. hot chili oil
  • 4 tbsp. canola oil
  • 4 whole green onions, sliced thin

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients, except noodles and green onions; mix thoroughly.
  • Taste and adjust ingredients, as needed.
  • Pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle with green onions and toss.
  • Serve in a bowl with chopsticks.
