Sweet Baby Ray’s Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed
  • 1 18-ounce bottle Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped, optional

Instructions
 

  • Using a medium bowl, add all ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined.
  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  • Cook on high for one hour; reduce heat to low and continue to cook for another 4 hours.
  • Remove from the crock pot, move to individual serving plates and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsely or cinantro, optional.
