Turtle Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup, plus 2 tbsp., caramel ice cream topping, divided
- 1 6-ounce ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust
- 1/2 cup, plus 2 tbsp., pecans, chopped, divided
- 2 3.4-ounce packages Jell-O Vanilla flavor instant pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 8-ounce container Cool Whip, thawed, divided
Instructions
- Pour 1/4 cup caramel topping onto bottom of pie crust; sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts.
- In a large bowl, using a whisk, beat next 5 ingredients until blended.
- Stir in 1-1/2 cups Cool Whip; spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
- When ready to serve, top with remaining Cool Whip, caramel topping and nuts.
