Spicy Asian Peanut Pasta
Ingredients
- 1-pound linguine pasta or pasta of choice
- 1- ½ cups crunchy peanut butter
- ⅓ cup red pepper seasoned rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sriracha sauce, or to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Cook linguine, at a boil, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes; drain.
- In a large bowl, whisk peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce until well combined.
- Add linguine and toss to coat completely.
