Spicy Asian Peanut Pasta

Ingredients
1-pound linguine pasta or pasta of choice
1- ½ cups crunchy peanut butter
⅓ cup red pepper seasoned rice vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sriracha sauce, or to taste
Instructions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Cook linguine, at a boil, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes; drain.
In a large bowl, whisk peanut butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sriracha sauce until well combined.
Add linguine and toss to coat completely.
