Sausage Hashbrown Bites
Ingredients
- 1-pound ground breakfast sausage, uncooked
- 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1-½ cups Bisquick
- 1-½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 cups shredded, frozen hashbrown potatoes
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- Using a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sausage, biscuit mix, hashbrown potatoes and the cheddar cheese; mix all together until combined fully.
- Divide mixture into 1.5-inch inch balls; place on the baking sheet.
- Place in pre-heated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until completely browned.
- Remove from the oven; let them sit to cool before serving.
