Sausage Hashbrown Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1-pound ground breakfast sausage, uncooked
  • 8-ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1-½ cups Bisquick
  • 1-½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 cups shredded, frozen hashbrown potatoes

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
  • Using a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sausage, biscuit mix, hashbrown potatoes and the cheddar cheese; mix all together until combined fully.
  • Divide mixture into 1.5-inch inch balls; place on the baking sheet.
  • Place in pre-heated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until completely browned.
  • Remove from the oven; let them sit to cool before serving.
