Krispy Kreme Peach Cobbler

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Doughnuts, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed
  • Ice cream or whipped cream, for serving, optional

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
  • Grease a 9-inch x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Place doughnut cubes in the baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Add chopped peaches on top of the doughnuts.
  • In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter.
  • Add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour; stir until ingredients are combined and the mixture is thickened.
  • Pour the butter and sugar mixture over the doughnuts and peaches.
  • Sprinkle the brown sugar over the top.
  • Bake in the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
