Blue Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen peach slices, unsweetened
- 2 cups fresh spinach, tightly packed
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 tsp. honey
- Bananas, slice, optional, for garnish
- Coconut, optional, for garnish
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, process all the ingredients until smooth; about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Stop to scrape down the mixture if necessary.
- Pour into glasses.
- Top with sliced bananas and coconut, optional.
