Blue Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices, unsweetened
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, tightly packed
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Bananas, slice, optional, for garnish
  • Coconut, optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor or blender, process all the ingredients until smooth; about 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Stop to scrape down the mixture if necessary. 
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Top with sliced bananas and coconut, optional.
