Leftover Turkey Salad Crostini
Ingredients
- 2 cups turkey breast, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup pecans, chopped and toasted
- ¼ cup fresh chives, chopped
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- 12 ½-inch baguette slices, cut on the diagonal, grilled or toasted
Instructions
- Using a medium mixing bowl, add the turkey, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, dried cranberries, toasted pecans and chives; stir to combine; set aside.
- Using a smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper.
- Pour this dressing mixture into the bowl with the turkey, bacon and cheese.
- Use a rubber spatula to mix everything together until well coated.
- Spread on warm, grilled or toasted bread.
Notes
This salad can be prepared in advance and kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
