Crock Pot 2-Ingredient Beer Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 2-ounce can of beer of choice

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix flour and beer until just combined – lumps are okay.
  • Grease crock pot or line with parchment.
  • Transfer the dough into the crock pot.
  • Cover and cook, on high, for 1-½ to 2 hours until firm.
  • Remove from crock pot and place on a wire rack to cool before slicing.
