St. Patrick’s Day Pudding Cups

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole milk, cold
  • 1 cup green crème de menthe
  • ¾ cup vanilla vodka
  • 2 3.4-ounce packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 8-ounce package Cool Whip
  • Jell-O shot cups or mini-dessert cups  
  • Additonal Cool Whip, for topping, if desired

Instructions
 

  • Into a medium bowl, pour the milk, crème de menthe and vodka.
  • Add pudding mixes; beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes until combined and soft.
  • Fold in Cool Whip; stir until thoroughly combined and all lumps are gone.
  • Immediately spoon into serving dishes.
  • Place in the freezer and freeze for at least two hours or until ready to serve.
  • Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
