Into a medium bowl, pour the milk, crème de menthe and vodka.
Add pudding mixes; beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes until combined and soft.
Fold in Cool Whip; stir until thoroughly combined and all lumps are gone.
Immediately spoon into serving dishes.
Place in the freezer and freeze for at least two hours or until ready to serve.
Top with Cool Whip, if desired.
