Crock Pot Spicy Sausage Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1-pound spicy breakfast sausage, browned and drained
- 1-pound Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup salsa, your choice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a large 3-quart, or larger, crock pot, place all ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook, on high, for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Dip is ready when the cheese is melted and the dip is hot.
- Pour into serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
