Scalloped Corn

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15.25-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 14.75-ounce can cream style corn
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 20 bacon flavored Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup canned French fried onions, crushed, for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine both cans of corn, the onions and the beaten eggs.
  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Stir in the crackers, butter, cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and top with the crushed fried onions.
  • Return to oven for 5 – 6 minutes or until onions are lightly browned.
