In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onions; drain excess grease.
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Spray a 9-inch square pan.
Add sauce to meat and simmer on low for 5 minutes; stirring well.
Pour meat mixture into dish and top with cheese.
Place 9 of the 10 biscuit dough pieces on top of mixture.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
Just before the time is up, in a small saucepan, melt margarine and then add diced garlic and oregano.
Remove dish from the oven and, using a small silicone brush, evenly distribute the garlic butter over top of all biscuits.
Return to oven for 10 more minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
