Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 10 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 10 strips bacon, cooked, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands Biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
  • Coat an 8 x 10-inch baking dish with melted butter.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs and milk until blended.
  • Separate biscuits and cut into quarters.
  • Add biscuits to egg mixture and toss to coat.
  • Add bacon, peppers, onions and cheese to bowl; mix together; let sit for 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Transfer mixture to prepared dish.
  • Place in pre-heated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, cover top with aluminum foil, return to oven and bake for another 30 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
