Pre-heat the oven to 375ºF.
Cover rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Cut bacon slices crosswise in half.
Drain pickles; pat dry with paper towel; set aside.
Cover each Ritz cracker with 1 tbsp. cream cheese.
Place a piece of bacon on a work surface, sprinkle with the rub and cover the crackers and pickles with the bacon.
Place, seam sides down, on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle the top with the rub.
Bake in the pre-heated oven for 30 min. or until bacon is crisp, turning after 15 min.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool prior to serving.
