Place one stick of butter in freezer for one hour.
Pre-heat oven to 450°F.
In a large bowl, add salt, sugar, flour and baking powder; mix well to combine.
Add cold milk and blueberries to the dry ingredients; mix well to combine.
Remove the butter from your freezer and break 5 tablespoons into chunks.
Spread the frozen butter chunks evenly over the biscuit dough.
Fold the blueberry biscuit dough and knead.
Repeat until all the frozen butter chunks are spread evenly throughout the dough.
Place dough on a floured surface and roll to about 1/4 to 1/8-inche thickness.
Using a biscuit cutter, cut approximately 6 biscuits from the dough.
Place in oven and bake for approximately 7 to 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack.
