Bob’s Homemade Hummus
Ingredients
- 4 tsp. fresh garlic. minced
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained but reserve some liquid for later
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 freshly squeezed lemons
- 2 tbsp. water or liquid from the chickpea juice
- Paprika seasoning
- Add hot sauce to taste, optional
- Pine nuts, optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor.
- Mix until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Mixture may require a little more liquid.
- It that is the case, add water, chickpea liquid or olive oil
- Top with paprika and pine nuts, if using.
