Cake Mix Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 cake mix, any flavor, plus ingredients stated on cake mix package
Optional Toppings:
- Fresh fruit
- Ice cream
- Nuts
- Cherries
- Sprinkles
- Chocolate, caramel or strawberry sauce, to drizzle
Instructions
- Prepare cake mix as directed.
- Heat up the waffle maker and spray with non-stick spray.
- Pour cake batter in waffle maker.
- Allow to cook for about 3 – 4 minutes.
- Be careful not to fill the waffle iron too much; the waffle will expand quite a bit.
- Remove from waffle iron and top with your favorite toppings.
