Classic Corn Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 2 15.25-ounce cans cream style corn
  • 1 15.25-ounce can sweet corn, drained
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1-½ tsp. All Salt seasoning
  • ½ tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. yellow onion, peeled, minced
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup butter or margarine

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
  • Place eggs in a cup and lightly beat; set aside.
  • In a small saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter; set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine whole corn, cream style corn and lightly beaten eggs.
  • In a second bowl, add sugar, cornstarch, All Salt seasoning, dry mustard and minced onion; stir until well blended. 
  • Add milk and melted butter; combine with corn mixture.
  • Pour into a 3-quart casserole baking dish. 
  • Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for one hour.
  • After 30 minutes, remove from oven, stir and return to oven for the remaining 30 minutes.
