Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
Place eggs in a cup and lightly beat; set aside.
In a small saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine whole corn, cream style corn and lightly beaten eggs.
In a second bowl, add sugar, cornstarch, All Salt seasoning, dry mustard and minced onion; stir until well blended.
Add milk and melted butter; combine with corn mixture.
Pour into a 3-quart casserole baking dish.
Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for one hour.
After 30 minutes, remove from oven, stir and return to oven for the remaining 30 minutes.
