In a medium bowl, mix cornbread according to package instructions; set aside
Grease a 9 by 13-inch baking pan; set aside
Pre-heat the oven 425°F.
In a medium skillet, over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef; remove from the heat and drain.
Add the taco seasoning, undrained can rotel, undrained ranch style beans and drained corn.
Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Stir into the cornbread mix; mix in shredded cheese; stir to completely combine.
Pour into the prepared dish.
Place in the pre-heated oven and bake approximately 25 to -30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and top with more cheese, sour cream, salsa or whatever your heart desires.
