Cranberry Pecan Turkey Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups leftover turkey, chopped
- 1 cup Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp. poultry seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 celery ribs, sliced or chopped
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
- ¼ cup green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp. poppy seeds
- Juice of ½ a small lemon
- Sandwich bread, crackers, wrap or lettuce, optional
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Taste and add salt, as required.
- Eat as a sandwich, on crackers, in a wrap or on a bed of lettuce
