Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream or heavy cream
  • 1 – 2 dashes hot pepper sauce, or as desired
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 – 3 tbsp. prepared horseradish, or more  
  • 1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 – 2 cloves garlic, crushed if desired

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl; mix until smooth.
  • Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

The horseradish used in this recipe is the refrigerated fresh-grated horseradish, not the creamy-style found in the condiment section of the grocer.
