Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whipping cream or heavy cream
1 - 2 dashes hot pepper sauce, or as desired
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 - 3 tbsp. prepared horseradish, or more
1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed if desired
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl; mix until smooth.
Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
The horseradish used in this recipe is the refrigerated fresh-grated horseradish, not the creamy-style found in the condiment section of the grocer.
