Pre-heat the broiler to high.
Coat a broiler pan with with non-stick cooking spray.
Place egg whites in a shallow dish.
Combine panko, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder in a second shallow dish.
Sprinkle fish evenly with pepper and salt.
Dip each fillet in egg white; dredge in panko mixture; place on the broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Place in the pre-heated oven and broil 4 minutes, on each side, or until desired degree of doneness.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickle, lemon juice and dill; mix to thoroughly combine.
Serve the fish with the lemon-dill sauce and lemon wedges.
