
Crock Pot 2-Ingredient Beer Bread
Ingredients
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1 2-ounce can of beer of choice
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix flour and beer until just combined – lumps are okay.
- Grease crock pot or line with parchment.
- Transfer the dough into the crock pot.
- Cover and cook, on high, for 1-½ to 2 hours until firm.
- Remove from crock pot and place on a wire rack to cool before slicing.
