Crock Pot BBQ Wings
Ingredients
- 12 – 16 frozen chicken wings, do not thaw
- 1 12-ounce can Coca Cola
- 1 cup BBQ sauce, your choice
Instructions
- Turn crock pot on low.
- Pour the can of Coca Cola into the crock pot.
- Place all of the chicken wings into the Coca Cola.
- Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
- Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
- Remove wings from the crock pot; place into a baking pan covered with foil.
- Brush wings generously with BBQ sauce.
- Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes; just until the BBQ is heated.
Notes
Do not use tongs to remove these crock pot chicken wings from the crockpot. They are very tender and will fall apart easily. A slotted spoon is best because it allows the juice to drip back into the pot.
