
Crock Pot Boneless Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 10.5 ounce can Cream of Mushroom soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped. for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Place the boneless pork chops at the bottom of the crock pot.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, Cream of Chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder and onion powder; mix well until smooth.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops, making sure they are well-covered.
- Cover the crock pot with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
- Once cooked. season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving, optional.
Notes
Too mix things up, add a handful of sliced mushrooms or a cup of baby carrots into the crock pot for extra vegetables.
Also, try substituting the Cream of Mushroom soup with Cream of Chicken or Cream of Celery for a different flavor profile.
If desiring a little kick, a pinch of paprika or red pepper flakes, in the sauce, can add a nice hint of heat.
For a lower-fat version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
