Place the boneless pork chops at the bottom of the crock pot.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ranch seasoning mix, Cream of Chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder and onion powder; mix well until smooth.
Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops, making sure they are well-covered.
Cover the crock pot with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
Once cooked. season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving, optional.
