Crock Pot Spicy Sausage Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1-pound spicy breakfast sausage, browned and drained
  • 1-pound Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup salsa, your choice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Tortilla chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large 3-quart, or larger, crock pot, place all ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Cover and cook, on high, for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  • Dip is ready when the cheese is melted and the dip is hot.
  • Pour into serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
