Pre-heat the oven to 325°F.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef, over medium heat, until browned and crumbly; drain the fat.
Stir in salsa; reduce heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed; about 20 minutes.
Stir in beans; cook until heated through.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Spread crushed tortilla chips over the bottom of the baking dish; spoon beef mixture on top.
Spread sour cream over beef; then sprinkle olives, green onion and tomatoes on top.
Cover with the cheddar cheese.
Place in the pre-heated oven and bake until hot and bubbly; about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to sit for 5 – 10 mins.
