Hawaiian Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  

  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • ¼ cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp. green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped and divided
  • Crackers, of choice

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix only 1 cup of the pecans and all other ingredients together until well combined.
  • Shape into a ball.
  • Place the remaining 1 cup of pecans on a plate and roll the ball in the pecans: covering well.
  • Wrap in saran wrap.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve with crackers.
