Hawaiian Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple, well drained
- ¼ cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp. green onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 cups pecans, chopped and divided
- Crackers, of choice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix only 1 cup of the pecans and all other ingredients together until well combined.
- Shape into a ball.
- Place the remaining 1 cup of pecans on a plate and roll the ball in the pecans: covering well.
- Wrap in saran wrap.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with crackers.
